Dispatch & Schedule
Send work to a person, a crew, or both.
A scheduling board that assigns jobs to individuals or crews, with suggestions scored on distance, skills and current load — and an explanation of why each technician was ranked where they were.
Crews are optional
Most platforms force one model. Choose individuals, crews, or both at setup, and change it later.
Explainable suggestions
Every recommendation shows its reasoning, so a dispatcher can overrule it with confidence instead of guessing.
Consent-first location
Location is stamped at defined moments, not tracked continuously. Technicians are told exactly what is recorded.
Worth knowing
Skill matching reads the same skills you set on the job, so the board gets smarter as you fill in work you were describing anyway.
