Exporting your data

Your data is yours, and getting it out does not require asking us.

The whole account

Settings has a full account export. It produces your forms, submissions, customers, jobs, parts and invoices in machine-readable files — not a PDF bundle you would have to re-type.

Individual records

• Submissions can be exported as CSV from the submissions screen, filtered

however you have it filtered.

• Live Data tables — customers, employees, parts and anything custom —

export from the grid.

• A single PDF downloads from any submission.

Attachments

Photos and signatures are included; they are the evidence, and an export without them would not be an export.

Before you cancel

Export first. You can export after cancelling too, up to the end of the period you have paid for, but doing it first means you are not working to a deadline.

Via the API

On Pro, everything is reachable through the API as well, if you would rather pull it into your own systems on a schedule. See API keys and webhooks.
