Connecting Zapier

Current status

Our Zapier integration is not published yet. It is built and submitted; it is not in Zapier's public directory, so you cannot connect it from Zapier's side today.

We would rather say that than list an integration you would sign up for and then fail to find. When it is approved this article will say so and describe the triggers and actions.

What to do in the meantime

If you need Field Wizard talking to another system now, use the API and webhooks on Pro — see API keys and webhooks. A webhook into a Zapier catch-hook works today and does not depend on our listing being approved.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks is a direct integration, not a Zapier one, and it works now. Connect it from Settings; invoices sync and paid status flows back.
