A PDF or email did not arrive
Check the spam folder first
It is genuinely the answer most of the time, particularly for a customer receiving mail from a company they do not have in their address book.
Is the address right?
If the PDF is emailed to a customer, it goes to the address on their account record. A typo there sends every document for that customer into nothing. Check the account, not the form.
Is there a rule to send it?
A form does not email anybody by default. Sending happens because an on-submit rule says so. Open the form's settings and confirm the rule exists, is enabled, and points where you think it does.
Did the submission arrive at all?
If the submission itself is not in the office yet, nothing has been sent — the document is generated when the record lands. See A submission is missing.
Getting the document another way
You never have to wait for an email to get the PDF. Open the submission and download it directly.
If mail is consistently not arriving
Tell us at Support@gofieldwizard.com — a recipient domain rejecting our mail is something we need to fix at our end, and we cannot see it unless someone reports it.
Still need help?
Email Support@gofieldwizard.com and a person will answer — include your company name and, if it's about a particular form or job, its name.
