Seats and plans

You pay per seat. A seat is anyone who signs in — office staff and field technicians alike.

The two plans

Basic covers everything a crew needs to run the job and get paid for it: unlimited forms and submissions, Live Data, the PDF designer, offline capture, scheduling and dispatch, estimates and invoicing, QuickBooks sync.

Pro adds the things teams need when Field Wizard is not the only system they run: the open API and outbound webhooks, safety and compliance, service agreements, priority support.

The seat minimum

There is no seat minimum — one person is a plan. The trial has no minimum — invite as many people as you like while you are deciding.

Billing terms

Month-to-month, three months or twelve. Longer terms cost less per seat. The calculator on the pricing page shows the actual number for your seat count before you commit to anything.

Changing seats

Add or remove seats from Settings → Billing & Plan. Adding a seat takes effect immediately.

What happens when the trial ends

Nothing charges automatically. The account moves to a state where you can still sign in and export everything, but not carry on working, until you choose a plan. We would rather you make that decision deliberately than discover it on a card statement.
